Beaufield
Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BFD) is
pleased to announce the start of a VTEM
helicopter-borne electromagnetic and magnetic
survey of its 100% owned Raglan property
on the Ungava nickel belt.
The Beaufield
property covers 57 claims located on
the Raglan horizon five kilometres due
east of Xstrata's Donaldson nickel mine
and 10 kilometres north of the Canadian
Royalties nickel deposits. The nickel-copper-PGM
deposits currently being mined by Xstrata
are located near the base of peridotite-pyroxinite-gabbro
complexes. These complexes have a distinctive
magnetic signature. The Raglan nickel-copper
deposits are conductive and can typically
be detected by electromagnetics.

Raglan property is available at the following

In addition to the Raglan
work, Beaufield currently has field crews
on its Opinaca, Opinaca West and Troilus
properties. Additional news concerning
this work will be described in a subsequent
news release.
