Location: Far North Quebec, Ungava. Road within 3 km, Kattiniq airstrip within 4 km.

Surface area: 57 claim units covering a total area of 23.35 km2

Highlights:

  • Property lies astride the prospective Raglan horizon
  • Donaldson mine (3.5Mt at 3.7% Ni) is located within 5 km of the property boundary
  • The property is underlain by several ultramafic intrusions with Ni-Cu-PGM potential

Description:

The Raglan property is on the prolific nickel belt being mined by Xstrata. An airborne VTEM magneticelectromagnetic

survey was undertaken to define exploration targets on the Raglan horizon. The survey

was successful, however, follow-up will await a more positive metal outlook. The survey permits

Beaufield to be ready when this occurs. There is no amount budgeted for 2009.
